1. Who sells

The course "Cenários Impossíveis: make viral low-poly videos with Claude" is created by Patrick Martins, a self-employed worker in Portugal. Contact: contato@neosix.online.

2. What you buy

Lifetime access to the recorded course (text, screenshots and screen recordings) and to the downloadable kit (Blender scripts, Claude skill, assets, sound effects and samples), with future kit updates. Buyers also get, at no extra cost, the English version of the course and the version for the free Claude plan, when they are released. The course is currently in Portuguese. "Lifetime" means for as long as the course is offered; if it ever closes, we will give you advance notice so you can download the kit.

3. What you need separately

The course does not include the Claude Pro plan or third-party accounts. The free version of ElevenLabs is enough for learning; to monetize the videos you need a paid plan and must follow the ElevenLabs attribution terms. Each service has its own terms and prices.

4. Payment and delivery

In Brazil, payment is processed by SyncPay. Elsewhere, Stripe (Link brand) is the merchant of record: it charges the amount, handles your country's VAT and shows its own conditions at checkout. After the payment is confirmed, you receive an access link by email.

5. Digital content and guarantee

Before buying, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. You remain covered by the 7-day guarantee described in the Refund policy.

6. Permitted use

Access is personal. You may use what you learn and the kit to create and publish your own videos, including commercial ones, following the terms of the services you use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the course or the kit as a product. The CC0 assets follow the license in LICENCAS, in the kit.

7. No promise of results

We teach a production process. Views, followers and income depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

8. End of access

Access ends in the event of a refund or a breach of these terms.

9. Applicable law

Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to the consumer rights your country's law gives you. For consumer disputes, you may use an alternative dispute resolution body; the list is at consumidor.gov.pt.
