Data we process and why
- Email and name: to create your access, send your login link and contact you about your purchase (performance of the contract).
- CPF and phone (purchases in Brazil only): passed to SyncPay to generate the charge. They are not kept in our database.
- Purchase record: product, amount, date and status (legal and tax obligation).
- Record of acceptance before checkout: email, date and time, IP, accepted text and terms version (proof of your request for immediate access).
- Email on the waitlist: to tell you when the English version opens (consent). We also keep the date, IP and accepted text.
- Lesson progress: to show what you have completed.
- IP address: to estimate your country, using a local database, to show the right language, price and payment method; and to protect the site against abuse. This lookup does not go to third parties.

Some of these services may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
